Elevated Perspecive.
I swear I will refrain from going all HGTV on you with this post but I couldn't resist sharing! You would not believe how many times I have been at home and wished I had a great outdoor photo location available on site. Today I came across this article on MSN which talks about an ECO friendly approach to the typical home garden. Imagine having over 1,000/sf of work space on...your roof!
Photographers in New York really lucked out on this great idea. Opened in 2009 the NYC High Line is a free green public space along the West Side Highway. Formally used as an elevated train line, the High Line offers New Yorkers over 1 mile green space. For more information on the High Line please visit the link attached. As a photographer who is always looking for a fresh look, imagine all the possibilities with an environment like this!
